Weird Creativity
This week I've decided to cover creativity most would deem as "weird."
What better way to kick-off this week's theme than with the latest theory of "weird ideas" by Professor Robert Sutton, author of Weird Ideas That Work: 11 1/2 Practices for Promoting, Managing, and Sustaining Innovation (Free Press, 2001).

Sutton's book is fantastic list of ways managers can break the rules and make their businesses more creative. Read the Fast Company article to learn more about Sutton's views, and then go buy the book. Don't just READ it -- implement the ideas within to turn your organization into a wild, weird, and creative place to work.
